Haute Route, InfoCrank data analysis

The second Haute Route is underway, with a new bunch of #MyPower riders taking on the challenge. 855KM of riding, 22150M+ of climbing, and 20550M- of descending. The Haute Route Alps includes the highest mountain pass in Europe, Col de la Bonette. But, one day at a time…

Pascal Fleurence, #MyPower InfoCrank rider was 45th/500 after Day 1!

I am so proud of Pascal! We exchanged many emails in the last few weeks about training with power and how to use InfoCrank to have a successful Haute Route Alps. I was so impressed with his quest for knowledge and it looks like he is definitely making the most of it!

He finished the stage a respectable 45th out of 500 riders. His data tells us that although he pushed hard on the stage, he also spent nearly 2 hours in the recovery zone and 1 hour 12 minutes in Zone 4 or a threshold type of effort. Pascal used his power when it mattered most and conserved energy whenever possible.

Can’t wait to look at the other #MyPower rider’s data tomorrow! Stay Tuned!

Got something more to say about this? Let’s hear it!
